In short, no. If you don’t have any brand assets, we will create a web style guide based on your business goals and personality. We will type-set your company name without the need to create a symbol based logo.

We do not offer full branding services at this time. 

Ideally, you have a current headshot and team photos.

If your budget allows, scheduling a tailored photo shoot in your office with real customers helps build trust with future clients.

Photos are easy to update if you choose the support plan with us, so your website can grow alongside your business.

If  you’re like most Lawyers, you’re not a marketer with copywriting experience. Copywriting is just as important as Visual design and website strategy, that is why we follow the StoryBrand copywriting method, that is proven and loved my thousands of websites owners.

If your firm uses Clio to manage cases, calendaring and task management, we can link to your client portal from your website.

All features are SAAS tool depended and we will discuss your tech stack during our first call.

Websites are built using the WordPress and Elementor Pro, Framer or Webflow. Each require a small server-side account fee. We will help you choose the right platform based on your business needs.

Then, we create a tailored website based on your practice areas and brand aesthetics.

All the content is fully customizable and simple to edit. 

Removing sections from the our professionally designed pages may affect your conversion rate, as each page follows a proven on-page sales formula.

We believe business owners should own their own hosting accounts. We work with a select number of hosting partners we trust like hostinger.com * and can set up domains, hosting and email accounts on your behalf. We then act as a technical administrator.

Yes, all websites are optimized for smartphones, tablets, laptops and larger desktop screens. 

Our complete process to write, design and build your custom website is 5 business days.

After your initial invoice is funded, we will reserve your build week. We then schedule a strategy call to discuss the finer details and give you a chance to ask any questions you have.

As we get closer to your build week, our team will set up a video call with our copywriter and designer.

Typically by day 5 we schedule a live review call to discuss minor edits and schedule your launch date. If you need more time after we’re done, no worries — we can publish your site when you’re ready. Note, the 12 month payment plan starts when we have completed our work.

If your project requires custom code or additional services, we’ll let you know during our initial discovery conversation. 

Honestly that depends. We’re a boutique creative studio and limit the number of clients we serve each month, so we can give you our best.

When you book the initial call with your designer, we will discuss our availability and your desired timeline.

We make it super simple to work with us.

To get started, you reserve your build week and pay the $4997 upfront set up fee. The rest is paid via an automated payment plan over the next 12 months at $697 a month.  Sales tax will be added to your order based on your state’s rate. By reserving your build week and funding the set up fees, you also agree to make 12 monthly payments for your custom website.

Alternatively, you can make a one-time payment of $12500 + tax saving you $861.

You can pay for your custom website set up fee with a one-time bank transfer, zelle or your credit card.

The monthly payment plan and monthly support subscription requires a credit card for automatic billing.

When you reserve your week and pay the set up fee and then are not in communication during your design week or do not pay the monthly payment plan, we will pause the project and the set up fee can not be refunded.  When you reserve your week, we are prioritizing your website project and paying our team.
